We appreciate your business and customer satisfaction is very important to us.  If you have a problem with your order, please contact us at 866 473 4423 within 5 days of receipt of your merchandise. 

We will contact you within 2-3 business days with a solution about any discrepancies

All items returned must be unused, unworn, undamaged by customer and be in new condition in order to take advantage of our return policy   

All earring sales are final sales unless defective, any other jewelry item can be returned within 14 days of purchase.  

We will issue a merchandise credit, cash refund or replace the original item with the same item or any other item in stock of the same dollar amount.  

If you chose another item and there are additional charges the customer is responsible for any additional cost for the replacement items and additional shipping charges. 

If you receive damaged or defective merchandise, please contact us through by phone as soon as you receive your item.  

We will issue a merchandise credit, replace the item purchased, or issue a cash refund with 21 days of purchase.  

No shipping cost will be incurred by the buyer to return defective merchandise or have a replacement item shipped unless the shipping cost is more than the original shipping of the original item purchased.
